These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 7StarsWinsPartners website and affiliate program. By registering as an affiliate you agree to these terms in full.

1. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship beyond the affiliate program described on this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to market iGaming offers in your jurisdiction. We may request verification of identity and traffic sources at any time.

3. Prohibited Practices

• Trademark bidding on brand keywords without written approval
• Incentivized, fraudulent, or misleading traffic
• Promotion in jurisdictions where online gambling advertising is prohibited
• Targeting minors or vulnerable persons

4. Commissions & Payments

Commission rates follow the deal agreed with your affiliate manager. Payments are processed monthly by the 20th for the previous month, subject to fraud review.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Upon termination for fraud, outstanding commissions may be forfeited.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the program after changes constitutes acceptance.
